FAQ
Do I need Wi-Fi or internet?
No. The system works on the GSM mobile network using a SIM card, and also supports a PSTN landline, so no Wi-Fi or broadband connection is needed.
How will I know if there's a break-in?
The system sends an SMS and automatically calls up to six programmed numbers. When you answer, you can hear the sound in the protected area.
Can I talk or take action from my phone?
Yes. A two-way conversation between the security hub and your phone is possible. During the alert call you can also sound the siren or switch the 12 V output on or off.
Will my pet set off the alarm?
Not with the pet-immune PIR sensor. It distinguishes pets under 20 kg from a human intruder, which helps prevent false alarms.
Can it detect fire or gas leaks?
Yes. Add the wireless smoke / fire detector and the LPG gas sensor, and the system will alert you to smoke or an LPG leak as well as intruders.
How many sensors can I connect?
